Chalk to Grass ("we", "us") runs chalk2grass.com. The site is operated by CHALK2GRASS LLC, a Utah limited liability company, USA. Questions: admin@chalk2grass.com.

What we collect

• Email signups: your email address and, if you choose, your first name and the age group you coach. We use them to send the free session you asked for and our weekly email.
• Purchases: checkout happens on our Stan Store (stan.store/chalk2grass). Payments are processed by Stan's payment partners (Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email and what you bought.
• Messages: if you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.
• Site analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count page views without identifying you or tracking you across sites.
• Social automations: if you comment a keyword on one of our posts and ask for a link, the automation tool we use sees your public username to send you that link by direct message.

How we use it

• To deliver free sessions, products and memberships you asked for
• To send our weekly email (unsubscribe any time with one click)
• To answer your questions and improve the content

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it for us

[Email provider, e.g. Kit] (email list), Stan Store and its payment processors (checkout), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Google Workspace (our email inbox), and [DM automation tool] (keyword replies on social). Each one handles data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded forms or the store may set cookies needed to work. Your browser settings control these.

Children

Chalk to Grass is made for adult coaches. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing admin@chalk2grass.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep subscriber data while you're subscribed, and purchase records as long as tax law requires. We use reputable providers and limit who can access data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell subscribers by email.
